Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted through their accounts. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information at all times and to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.
Users agree to use the platform respectfully, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Users shall not engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, fraud, impersonation, exploitation, unlawful solicitation, distribution of harmful content, or any conduct that may negatively impact other users or the reputation of the platform.

All platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, branding, website layouts, software, code, videos, databases, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Date in Faith and are protected under United States intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service; however, we do not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free platform availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the platform at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a dispute, users agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting the Company. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable United States arbitration laws, except where prohibited by law. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to arbitration provisions, any legal proceeding permitted under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located within Connecticut.
